TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH ONE OF THE GIRLS AT THE FRONT! It never happened in my life! We arrived there and asked about a table , one of the girls was terribly rude telling us that we didnt book a table and had a worst attitude ever! Then she went totally crazy and I was freaking out! They didn’t even wanted to give me her name . Finally another girl arrived and tried to calm us down and gave us a table with no problem. The food was fine but the experience and the impression its not acceptable . Hopefully the responsable will see it and will make some decisions because its not okay to treat the clients like that

July ‘23 :Great view of the Eiffel Tower. The food was decent but when it came to getting the bill I asked the waiter to separate what we ordered. I needed it to claim for work. He came back with the taxes thinking I needed it for a VAT refund. I said it wasn’t it. He said he understands English and gave me attitude when the French gentleman next to us tried to explain. I didn’t want to explain anymore.

If you sit outside this eatery you can see the Eiffel Tower. We were stuck in the back of this eatery. After watching Crazy Horse (go see!) we stopped here for dinner. The food is insanely overpriced and both my friend and I got sick from the food. I traveled for two weeks and this restaurant was by far the worst. The salad below cost 22 euros for cherry tomatoes and a piece of cheese. One glass of Rose - a small amount was 16 euros. There are far better eateries to choose from where you won’t spend your night on the toilet. Waste of money.

If you're looking for a great restaurant in Paris, Chez Francis is right up there with the very best, great food, great service, and great atmosphere with a beautiful view of the Eiffel Tower, especially if you sit outside on the sidewalk or on the terrace. We sat inside because it was a little windy but still had a nice view.

Ce restaurant offre une vue imprenable sur la Tour Eiffel, il m'a véritablement enchanté! Les serveurs étaient courtois et chaleureux. J'ai eu le plaisir de déguster un délicieux cocktail et un champagne. Quant à la cuisine, elle était tout simplement exquise. L'atmosphère romantique, le service attentif, les délicieux cocktails et la cuisine française raffinée en font un lieu d'exception à Paris!

I had read many mixed reviews, but most agreed the prices were typical for the level of restaurant AND THE LOCATION...LOCATION...LOCATION!We made a 10pm reservation...and when asked...answered...wine, dinner and dessert!We ordered a bottle of Riesling...quite good.. for E45.Our server was very nice...and attentive. We also had asked our translator app...how to order the different dishes in French. We also read about some common faux pas ...having been to France before...I know it isVERY appreciated...when an attempt is made to speak French...even a little...I believe it helps...and is rewarded.Either way...we had a wonderful experience and DID add service fee (tip) and he was quick to say it is not required...we gave it anyway...telling him...he had helped make this memory.I will advise...it is easy to order too much food. We ordered 2 starters...the Buratta was superb...and the melon with ham...fabulous...do not ask them to split" dishes...we ordered 2...then split it ourselvesWe then each had the onion soup...excellent.The mistake was we also each ordered an entree...the sole meuniere...I took 3 bites...our server was disappointed we were not able to enjoy our food there. He did a wonderful job of packing it to go...But I have yet to see a microwave to reheat.C'est la vie!"

Touristy spot for dinner with the Eiffel view. Food is mediocre. The service is not great. The restaurant wasn't packed but was so hard to get attention from my waitress. I was serviced by the store manager twice because he walked my table and offered help. But after asking for the drink menu for 2nd round, no one came back to take the order anyway. Oh well so we didn't spend that much there. Their loss I guess.

View the tower and eat. A litle pricey, however we dined inside due to the rain. Ordered beers, the beef tartar and jour poison. Both dishes were very nice. They also have a nice retro bar inside. I say check it out.

Top déjeuner ! Personnel au soin et repas de qualité ! J’ai mangé à l’intérieur, ambiance chic et cosy, et pris le café en terrasse qui offre une vue imprenable ! On s’y sent bien, merci beaucoup !

The tiger beef is great- so are the small nems and pizzeta with truffles - omelette with truffle was very good as well. Have nothing negative to say about the place
