I was enthusiastic to take my nephew to the doctor after seeing high ratings. However, I was disappointed and the attitude got me skeptical about the level of professionalism. What I found was sudden cancellation of appointments without prior notice, then refusal of other appointments. I am not sure why the doctor is still accepting appointments at the clinic if he eventually refuses to see kids. There was also a grandma with her severely ill grandson, and they did not notify her of appointment cancellation. I felt sorry for her too as she looked uncomfortable and confused. What a shame!
