We had a new fiat 500 which was ok but actually really uncomfortable to drive in the countryside. What made this a really unpleasant experience however was being charged 144€ for a scratch the size of a 10p coin about one inch from the ground on the front bumper. Having driven the car a grand total of about 2.5 hours over the 2.5 days cost 380€, would have actually been better off using a taxi.If you’re using this rental make sure to check the condition of the car because you drive off.Not sure how to respond below so I’ll edit here.My point was that just because you are perfectly ‘within your right’ to charge for the minor damage doesn’t necessarily mean that it is the right thing to do (and surely not for that amount). The car was in fact not in pristine condition since as you highlighted to me when I picked it up it has a 5 inch tear on the boot door - which did not impact my experience in any way.In any case, in the same way someone has to pay for the damage, your customers also have to know what to expect - I am just relating facts and you can agree that none of what I said is incorrect.Yours point are for the most part also correct, except the one about the driving licence; I can’t link the relevant page here due to Google’s policy but you can check for yourself very easily and will see that uk residents don’t need to exchange their driving licenses issued from European Union countries to drive in the uk.

I was very impressed with the service I received from Buggs staff at Limoges airport. I hired a car for a week's holiday, with a satnav, and everything went as smoothly as it possibly could. I would definitely use Buggs again and I will be recommending them to my family and friends. An excellent company!

Just returned our beautiful new Fiat 500 XL to Limoges Airport after a week of visiting friends. Very simple collection and drop off process and the booking process was also very easy.Massively helpful that they were english speaking as there was a couple of misunderstandings with additional driver age but simply sorted with Oliver.Would highly recommend and use again.

We hired an estate car last week in Aug. On arrival at Limoges it was very quick and straightforward - no pressure selling to other models or insurance like often happens. Quick look around the car which was very new and then straight out on our holiday! Return was even simpler being met in the car park and another quick check. Security deposit promptly returned. Both staff members very friendly and informative. Great service would definitely use again and recommend highly.

Cheapest and yet the best car hire ever. Helpful staff, willing to go above and beyond. The cars are always super clean. Easy to find out of Limoges airport and easy to exit and access the car park. I wouldn't use anybody else and always book direct.

Oliver is quite possibly the nicest human on the planet. After EconomyBookings let us down horrifically, along came Oliver to the rescue. He suggested emergency accommodation, and sorted us out with a hire car as soon as one was available the following day. Hire car was fair, reasonably priced, decent wheels and all super helpful.The man is a hero and a legend, as we were able to crack on with our holiday and make the day of two kids and their fairly recently widowed mum. Super heroes wear their pants on the outside, fortunately Oliver doesn’t, but that doesn’t make his car hire super powers any less. When I was looking to book a car for the weekend Buggs were one of the most competitive and reviews looked good. Pick up process was smooth and quick, no hard sell on extra insurance in fact no extras at all. Good information on where to get fuel etc for the return. Happened to be a brand new car. I needed to change my plans slightly on the return and they were very helpful in that regard. Drop off very smooth. Everyone I spoke with was English, turns out it is a family run business. Overall a great experience for a good price. I will return - thank you.

Hired a car from Buggs Limoges airport we got delayed they stayed open till 11.00pm fantastic service from Ollie who checked out the car for us and sorted everything out very quickly definitely use Buggs again thanks David uk 12 august
