Hôtel Rochester Champs Elysées

Hotel was great. Beautifully decorated rooms. Hotel is spotless. Gloria at the front desk was warm, professional, friendly and extremely helpful.Location of hotel is perfect.My only complaint was the toilet paper....like sandpaper. The welcome chocolates were a nice touch. We'll definitely recommend this hotel to friends and colleagues.

One of the best hotel staffs in the world that sets the standard for others to follow. Great location, great breakfast, terrific value. Hair dryer needs to be upgraded and a seat needs to be put next to the Mirror and the shower needs to have a bar for senior citizens to climb into it. Be sure to ask the front desk for shower caps and how could I forget the Magnificent service of the concierge.

We had an incredible stay at this hotel in Paris. The service was truly exceptional, and the rooms were spotlessly clean and incredibly comfortable. The breakfast was a delight, especially the wonderful cheese selection and delectable croissants. My only small wish was that the cappuccino could have been more authentically Italian in style. The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, situated near the Champs-Élysées and a metro station. The staff went above and beyond, offering a level of friendliness and assistance that made my stay truly special. They were incredibly accommodating, helping me with numerous requests. Overall, this is an outstanding hotel that exceeded all my expectations.

I legit picked this hotel mostly based on the name. After narrowing it down to area and amenities.The staff was absolutely amazing. Every SINGLE PERSON I encountered provided excellent service. Location was great, amenities and the room. I would 100% pick this hotel again. The Pullman was booked and now....I will choose Hotel Rochester every single time.

The hotel was pretty and clean. The location was perfect. The only comment I have is that the front desk staff seemed annoyed that I did not speak any french. It made me not want to engage with them. One of the concierge gentlemen was very kind and this does not apply to him.

We vacationed in Paris for our honeymoon and found this hotel on Hotwire. The room was so spacious and clean. It had the feel of an old Parisian hotel without it feeling old and stuffy. It felt historic with a modern sensibility. The staff were amazingly helpful and accommodating. Helping us store our luggage when we arrived early and give us great advice on nearby restaurants. It was a short walk to metro stations, and a wide range of great cafes and restaurants within walking distance.It was off in the distance but we did have a view of the Eiffel Tower too :).

Mention spéciale pour ce magnifique établissement avec une literie de très bonne qualité, une conciergerie Clé d'or. L'ensemble du personnel est d'une grande gentillesse et d'un grand professionnalisme.Nous avons vraiment apprécié séjourner au Rochester et nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.Sa localisation est également un point positif, tout en restant un établissement calme. Quant au petit déjeuner, un régal !Merci à tous pour votre serviabilité et gentillesse. Il fait maintenant parti de mes établissements coup de cœur !

Hotel Rochester is a lovely hotel in an excellent location, close to several metro stations and main attractions easily accessible. The staff were extremely welcoming and friendly throughout our stay. Choice of foods at breakfast is average but the service by the staff in the breakfast room was excellent. They were very attentive and even brought out a small cake for my young daughter's birthday! We had a great stay and will definitely return.

Beautiful hotel, would definitely stay there again if I ever had the chance to come back. Was in walking distance to the Arc de Triumph, which was insanely amazing that we found it that fast. Great area, and also right by a lot of stores and restaurants. Definitely a beautiful place.

Wonderful hotel....great location, fabulous staff, room was spacious and well-appointed, with a very comfortable bed and all the amenities you need. Great breakfast as well! Would definitely stay again if we have the pleasure of returning to Paris.
