Payment is by card (tap only) or cash/coins. The detergent will dispense from the machine on the right when you walk in.There are 4 washer sizes. 5 machines hold 7kg (~15.4 pounds), 3 hold 10kg (22 pounds), 1 holds 16kg (35 pounds), and 1 holds 18kg (39.6 pounds). Price differs by machine, more for the larger washers. To use, load laundry, load detergent in the top of the washer, select a washing cycle, close the door, go to pay kiosk, select the number of the washer, and pay. The washer will then start itself.Dryers are used the same way, but you pay by time. 8 minutes costs 1€20. The dryers have touch screens that have instructions which can be changed to English by clicking the flag icon on the top right. Pay using the same method as before.There’s a coffee shop on the corner and other places to go while you wait. There’s also a couple of chairs in the laundromat.

Each time you pay you get 8 minutes. For half a load (3kg) I needed 16 minutes (2 Euro)There was a drunk dude escaping the rain in there so not sure I would leave my clothes . I did for just thr duration of the cycle though and it was fineNice Thai place opposite to wait. Cheap.

We translated before we arrived. Very easy to use. Dryers have language options. Also very easy to use. Coffee shop on the corner. Nice & clean facilities. Highly recommend

1h to wash + 1h to dry all clothes don't remember exactly the price but it is around 10-12 EUR all.We could manage to make it work but only after translate all instructions from french to english. Not that instructions are complicated or different from other services, but if you're first time (as we) I recommend to be prepared. I think 9e is a very tourist place we're some services should adapt to them.

Not recommend for tourists: you will not find a single English word. I had a very negative experience. The machines can be launched till 21 PM and work for 35-50 minutes. I paid the money and left, and when I returned at 21:30 PM, the automatic door was already closed so I couldn't take my belongings. I had to wake up early to take my clothes at 7 AM, when the door opens. I propose that the door is opened till 22 PM. Good way to look at Paris in the morning, bad way to wash your clothes

This is a fine laundromat. It is true that there is nothing in English but I recommend downloading the google translate app and you will have no problems. I had no issues using the machines. there is also soap available to buy.

Great system. Easy to use if you know French. I struggled as I only know English mostly. Some kind lady saw me struggling and explained everything to me plus using a translator on my phone to understand the signs.You must bring your own detergent and fabric softener as there is none there. There was no attendant there when I was there. I would return there if needed again. Nice clean facility. You can tap with your card to pay for the machines.
