I was visiting Paris for a few days and as I am addicted to Pilates I chose this studio because was near my airbnb. I really liked the vibe and coziness. My teacher was Maria and she excellent, explained everything clearly and assisted me with good hand on assists when I needed.I really like the flow of the class and the difficulty. Very dynamic and great to burn those calories from all the croissant I ate in Paris. Thanks! Definitely recommended!

Première fois dans ce studio magnifique, le jeune homme a l’accueil était très agréable, ainsi que le coach Nicolas qui est de bon conseil je reviendrais et surtout je recommande.

Highly recommend this Pilates studio - I’ve taken classes with Maria and she gives really effective cues to help with each exercise. I find her classes challenging in the best way possible - but she also caters to each level and provides modifications and options as needed. The studio offers classes in both French and English and I’ll definitely be back!
