C’est correct mais je trouve que le rapport qualités prix est quand même un peu au dessus par rapport au service. J’ai testé gâteaux, tarte aussi un sandwich croissant saumon fumé, je m’attendais quand même à mieux.

Voted the best croissant in Paris for 2022. It’s very fluffy and soft but without a crispy flaky exterior. Other items they have are good too, but everything is subjective to the individual’s taste. There’s dining areas both inside and outside, and it’s a little messy as there are flakes of pastries everywhere on the floor. Worth a visit if you’re in the area.

This place just blows my mind away...and breakfast exp. Their croissant was much mach better then in other famous places we try... next day ehen we come back we have no idea what to take cause all food was so crazy good. We take 40 min and 1 metro changes every day just to take a breakfast at this place.Thank you Carton Paris for perfect taste of the Paris morning.We are highly recommended!!!!!!!!

The croissant was so good but the pain aux raisins even better!! Both items are amazing. One thing worth to mention that I hope the store provides napkin for people, I had to ask for it:) No big deal.

Exceeded my expectations! Very delicate high-quality, not too sweet pastries. In USA you’d need to go to a top notch bakery to get this kind of product - here it’s just a random place by a train station filled up by tourists and commuters.

Get the palmier, not the croissant.The palmier was good, buttery, crispy and lightly caramelized.I’ve attached a photo of their almond croissant to illustrate a point: awards for baking don’t necessarily guarantee consistency.The cafe has an award for best croissants of 2022 and best pastries of 2023, which is what encouraged me to try it at least twice.The butter croissant was disappointingly soft and not particularly flakey. Both times we came in the morning, so it’s not that they weren’t fresh.The almond croissant, as you can see is some kind of flattened mess with some very dark outline (maybe this is traditional and I am a peasant?).There is always a sizable line. The staff is very nice, used to tourists and handles the lines efficiently. The prices are reasonable.

Ended up here as I was waiting on someone. The girls behind the counter were patient with my which I have to admit was a surprise as they were packed. The place is clean. And busy, The food was good. They coffee holds up and the little terrace were I waited was comfortable. The tarte au citron was my favorite.

I’d say it’s a bit overhyped place.Croissant looked picture perfect, but was a bit dry inside, I had better in Paris. Same with Viennese bread.Roll with nuts were absolutely delicious.Flower bomb was very unique, good and interesting. It had slightly artificial bubble gum flavour, but I do recommend to try it!

Je suis venu alléché à 8h00 par le prix du croissant. Effectivement le feuilleté est très beau, le prix serré avec des produits de qualité. En revanche je l’ai trouvé un peu sec, un poil pas assez d’onctuosité
