I stayed here from August until the end of March 2020. I would highly recommend staying here if you are going on your Erasmus. The receptionist Harmony is a delight, she is extremely helpful and replies quickly to emails. If you are struggling with French bureaucracy such as CAF don't hesitate to ask her for help, she knows all the answers! She aided me a lot while I was trying to get home to the UK during lockdown. The building is very very clean and the rooms are wonderful. When I arrived I was welcomed and was given loads of information about the local transport.

I'm really disappointed with their checkout process. It does not matter how clean you leave the apartment, anyway they will charge you for cleaning and also marks. The apartment manager is not fair. I do NOT recommend this place to anyone. I am sure there are some better places available in Grenoble for students.I left the apartment much cleaner than when I had checked in. I wiped the floor three times, washed the bed sheets, stove, cupboards, bathroom, shower, windows, office desk and chair, power outlets, and literally every single spot. I took me two whole days. But to my surprise they took half of my deposit for cleaning charges!!!! It is just NONSENCE!!!
