The remote for my awning stoped working, I have been trying to get a replacement for two months. The last I heard they don’t have a record of my order. I sent them a copy of their order confirmation, I haven’t heard from them yet. Will update my post depending on what happens next. I heard from Awentech the remote should be on its way. I didn’t understand their billing process, they where waiting on my payment.
