Highly recommended, professional, friendly team who really know their business. After looking around other areas with other estate agents, we met up with Sarah, having previously emailed each other over a few months whilst we were still stuck in the UK. Sarah was so helpful and knowledgeable about the housing market and the area, and was able to answer all our questions and give really sound advice. She listened to us, didn't waste our time, and was able to meet our expectations, and then some! It was also comforting to have someone at our side throughout the buying process. We will be forever grateful for Sarah's guidance and for helping us achieve our dream come true.

Over the course of a year we came across 9 different immobilier, on contact with some they would say meet you at a time and be late ,not turn up until you phone office to say where are you give total fabrication of property conditions.We then contacted Sarah Day to view a property which she had on her books and gave a specification of what we would like.Met Sarah and Mark Day at there office on time.Purchased a property through them and Sarah advised and guided us through the whole process which made the whole experience stress free.Sarah did say we are here to help once you move here if you should need any help,and TRUE to her word they have been,Should we decide to move in the future we would ask Sarah again.

Highly recommended’ seems like a bit of an understatement when describing the excellent service Sarah and her team provide. We’d arrived in France from Australia with little more than a budget, a vague idea of what we wanted and thanks to Brexit, a very tight deadline. Four previous estate agents had done their best, but ultimately failed to find us anything suitable. Then we met Sarah! She showed us five properties, all of them beautiful, but one of which stood out. She not only helped us through every stage of the buying process, but was there to support us afterwards and help us settle in. Sarah helped us find a nice house in the Gers. As we had some criteria where the house needed to be located and the state of it. I love to renovate but the roof and structure of the house needs to be in good shape. she found our beloved property. After seeing some properties which we not exactly liked we went for a drink in town so she could hear us out in what we really wanted and she came up with something were we went straight away. When we came there and we stood in front of the property she asked if this was what we searched for? Together at the same time we said yes this is it" and she smiled. From there she helped us purchase this house and helped with all documentation that was needed to do so. We started living here directly after we got the key from the notary last November and we love it. Renovation is ongoing and it will be a beautiful home after being empty for more then 5 years. When we were looking for a property in France, we found Maisons et Manoirs and Sarah by sheer luck. How lucky we were! We found the house of our dreams. Sarah was such a professional! She made the whole process of buying the house so easy and stress free. She is incredibly knowledgeable and so helpful. Maisons et Manoirs are a great estate agents as they don't just worry about the selling of a house. They make sure you know the area you re going to potentially move into. Get to know you and what you need for instance a good school nearby. They even drove me around to show me the area and local features as well of course as the house I wanted to buy. Sarah is very accommodating and it really helps that she is English but speaks fluent French and has lived in the region for many years with a family so knows what we need to know before we do. I can't recommend them enough/

Like many people, we had a vague idea of what we wanted to buy in France, mainly from looking at websites. When we met Sarah at Maisons et Manoirs, she was able to help us really focus on what was important to us. We spent a very enjoyable day with her and her assistant visiting as many houses as we could fit in and found the property of our dreams almost straight away! Since then, Sarah has been incredibly helpful, holding our hand through the buying process and ensuring that liaison with both the seller and notaire was timely and effective. All in all, a seamless process, made possible by Sarah and her team! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell in the SW of France.

Just wow! Sarah made the whole experience easy and transparent right from the start. She was always available for questions ( we had a lot) and, most importantly, was there for us during every moment of our purchase and after! Moving house is stressful enough and to move country is double the stress. But having Sarah there, guiding us, supporting us, it never became overwhelming. We are now living our dream life, in our dream house, thanks to this lovely lady
