All the perfumes this company produces are really good, but whenever you have a problem with their website and placing orders online, the customer service is a total bullshit: they do not care about your problem, they do not read your emails, they just send you prewritten automatic replies that say that the problem is your, customer, not ours, so we do not care. So unfortunate for a brand that cannot match the level of the service to the level of product.

Très déçue du service client suite à un produit défectueux. J’ai acheter la version voyage du Baccarat rouge, extrait de parfum, qui est mon parfum. Il a tourné rapidement et j’ai donc contacté le service client qui m’a indiqué la procédure à suivre. Essayer le parfum, arrêter, les recontacter, donner mon adresse pour recevoir un échantillon qui n’a jamais arrivé. J’ai recontacte le service client et rien… déception car du coup je me suis arrêté de porter mon parfum et je n’ai jamais eu une solution face à un produit défectueux. Étonnant de la part d’une maison dit de luxe.

Très belle expérience au sein de la boutique Maison Francis Kurkdjian.Une personne a la fois dans la boutique pour être conseiller au mieux, je trouve ça très agréable.

I came here to buy Baccarat Rouge, and the staff was very friendly. I love the perfume, but it seems like the formula may have been changed because it doesn't last as long as it used to.Unfortunately, the staff also provided incorrect information about the tax return process for my purchase. It's worth noting that there is no tax return stand, office, or machine at the Paris airport. Thankfully, I was able to complete the tax return process in Dublin during my travels. If I hadn't been traveling to another location with tax refund services, I'm not sure how I would have managed it from my home country.If you're considering purchasing Baccarat Rouge, you might want to explore duty-free shops or the CDG, where you can avoid the hassle of the tax return process, which can take up to six weeks.

Since the website doesn’t allow review I will share it here. From 17/5 that I order the extrait satin oud still not have it. The costumer service doesn’t know anything and I’m still waiting for the verification of new shipping. Don’t order from website

My daughter sent me in search of this perfume that typically cost at minimum $400/bottle in the States. I searched for this store while in Paris and found it. Cute little shop…loaded with the best smelling perfume I’ve smelled in quite a while. The gentleman who helped me was very patient and informative. I showed him pictures of the bottles and he pulled out the actual perfume to let me smell each one individually. Was a little reluctant at first based on location but they are well stocked and well worth the trip. Instead of purchasing each individual perfume (3.4 oz) bottles I bought the set that included 8 different fragrances for less than $200 Euros. Absolutely a steal and my daughter was happy as a clam to see she had all their fragrances.

Pas de conseil ni d'interaction, elle a juste répondu à la question posée.J'ai acheté Eau à la rose malgré tout car le produit correspondait à ma recherche (j'ai acheté un échantillon auparavant).Cependant le produit n'avait pas la même senteur que le testeur.J'ai donc demandé un remboursement mais le service après-vente ne fait aucun effort non plus et persiste à trouver des excuses de qualité produit pour refuser mon remboursement.Ils ne font littéralement rien pour répondre à la satisfaction client.C'est une perte de temps et frustrant cette expérience.Je ne recommande absolument pas cette marque.
