J’ai passé un très bon séjour au Jost Hôtel.Il est très bien situé, la chambre était propre et spacieuse, son agencement original.Le personnel est sympathique.Le dîner était délicieux et servi par Eve qui vous reçoit avec sourire, chaleur et disponibilité.Les petits-déjeuners sont top, il y en a pour tous les goûts et sont très bien présentés..Je reviendrai.

Incredibly small rooms. Rooftop bar is closed a lot of the times, no music on the rooftop so defo not as trendy as they make it out. Staff was nice, breakfast was nice as well, comfortable bed and nice soap and towels but the room is super small. Toilet, shower and sink are all separate , we checked out 5 days early. I want to start off by saying it so disappointing that some staff here ruin it for others because there were some amazing, helpful staff. Some that even went out of their way to go the extra mile which is what a good hotel should do. It should always be about customer comfort. So I am going to focus on the negatives. The marketing for this place is amazing. The energy that transitions through the photos is far from the energy when you get there. The pool is quite small. And if it isn't a sunny day, you have nothing else about this hotel that is impressive. the location is about 10 minutes (maybe 15 if your luggage is heavy) from the station which can be annoying, and it is at least 20 minutes by transport from the city centre. There is nothing in the nearby area to do. No matter what I requested, there was always some blunt reason why it could not happen. I requested slightly early check-in (I was incredibly tired) and was told no that check-in is only 3pm... only to wait for hours and find out someone else in my room had checked in about an hour before 3pm. Another girl the same (checked in before 3). the shared kitchen is filthy. Rather than having automatically flushing toilets, maybe use the money to invest in more cleaners that check in on this. My duvet stank and I have some suspicious itchy bumps which remind me of bed bugs but I did not complain because I already see requests are rarely met. I just decided to let me short trip expire. the restaurant serve Asian fusion food which makes no sense at all. People are visiting Bordeaux France. I think they would appreciate some authentic French dishes and snacks which I think would even cost less to make. and less presentation needed. Overall I would stay somewhere much more central and enjoy the city more easily if I was you.

Absolutely beautiful design ho(s)tel with great facilities. In the hostel room, sleep cabins are very nice and comfortable, with a clean bathroom and separate toilet, air conditioning, and nice views. Overall, the facilities are great: a kitchen, a workroom, a restaurant, and a rooftop bar with live music on Thursday and Friday. The place is close to the central train station, and trams (7 min walk) can bring you to the city centre (10 min). The area is a very interesting redevelopment, with new buildings around. I recommend JOST!

Très bon séjour au sein de l'hôtel. Très bon emplacement proche de la gare Saint-Jean, décoration et agencement des chambres bien pensés, personnel agréable et souriant.Concept hôtel/auberge de jeunesse qui permet une mixité de la clientèle.Très bon rapport qualité/prix.

In general, I liked staying at the hostel. The service was good, and the staff was mostly very helpful. You have two bus stations right beside the hostel, and the train station is less than 10 minutes walk away.The only negative thing I have to say is that my bed hasn't been changed, and even after complaining about that at the reception, it hasn't been changed. In the end, I got a new bed in a new room, which was a fitting solution but also not so convenient. The new bed in the new room was good.

Une expérience globale très réussie!Le toit piscine avec la vue sur la ville est très plaisant de ce quartier.Une chambre vraiment bluffante et très chaleureuse.Un très bon petit déjeuner buffet avec des produits de qualité sans oublier un super diner dans une bonne ambiance.

The hotel is nice, it’s new. Staff are friendly. We stayed in a capsule, it was our first time in one. Not bad, the bed was comfortable, good mattress, nice sheets, pillows average. It would’ve been a perfect nights sleep if there was some air to breathe - incredibly stuffy! So we opened a window (lovely fresh air plus a colony of mosquitoes!). The shared bathrooms are ok. It would be good if staff checked them more often (2x someone left the tap running). The shared kitchen was disgusting! Cleaning Staff needed to stay on top of the shared areas, otherwise it would’ve been a 5 star experience

Excellent location. This hotel is rated 3 star but its more like 4 star. The staff are amazing (shout out to Elaine at reception and Valentine at the bar - although all the staff were brilliant). Nothing was too much trouble. Very close to the main train station / tram line / bus stop. Rooms were huge and spotless. Couldn't fault it. Would highly recommend anyone travelling to Bordeaux to stay here. Thank you, we had a wonderful visit.
