We had been house hunting for about 12 months, being resident in france and having sold our gite complex.The market was much more in favour of vendors compared to previous years.we engaged with many Immobiliers, and eventually found a property through Eric garnier at Beaux Villages. My wife and I decided we wanted a second home in a bastide town in South West France. My wife had met Eric Garnier about 6 months before our house hunting trip and maintained contact with him.
