Sans doute le meilleur studio dans les environs !!! Tous les enseignants prennent le temps de bien corriger tes postures. Les cours au lac l'été sont aussi très appréciés !Beaucoup de bienveillance et de douceur sont dans ces murs, et une grande palette de différents styles sont proposés !

I spent about 3 months going to this studio, and I can fully recommend the experience. It's a cozy place, with a very welcoming atmosphere, and great teachers. Due to the very personal care, I made significant progress with my practice here. Unfortunately, I missed the classes by the lake, which must be another highlight in the summer. Namaste! :)

Best place around Lausanne to practice yoga & mindfulness, with thoughtful, caring and kind studio owner & teachers, beautiful modern and very welcoming space! I enjoyed every class and felt energized and ready for the day or wind down for the evening. So thankful to Felix for this amazing space and yoga community you created!!

Je recommande vivement la retraite de yoga. C’était un week-end de détente en excellente compagnie, je suis revenue ressourcée et en pleine forme. J’ai beaucoup apprécié le fait d’être en petit comité, les repas, les cours et l’atmosphère générale.Je participe depuis plusieurs années aux cours de yoga. Les enseignants, les différents types de yoga sont de grande qualité. Merci à Felix et toute son équipe.

Magnifique retraite fin juin aux Mosses! Felix a été un hôte de qualité, attentif à notre bien-être. Un moment de détente et de recentrement qui tombait à pic avant le départ en vacances.

What a dream weekend in a haven of peace and well-being! I particularly appreciated the proximity to nature, the calm and pure mountain air, the comfortable and tastefully furnished apartment: you feel so good there!Beyond the setting, I loved the warm welcome from Felix who did everything to make this weekend unforgettable. The meditations and yoga classes were adapted to the different levels of each of us. I loved the interesting, enriching and caring exchanges during meals. Speaking of meals, Felix, beyond being an attentive and kind host, is an excellent cook : we feasted! I highly recommend this retreat and can’t wait to come back! Thank you so much Felix!

I loved the atmosphere of this studio and the wide range of classes available with many different teachers. Unfortunately I moved out of the Lausanne area and am not able to go anymore because I have not found another yoga studio that is the same since.

Such a fantastic, calm yoga studio with very experienced and kind teachers. Sessions in English and French combined which is very helpful! You leave feeling energized.

Découverte du yoga sous tous ses aspects. Très varié, très relaxant, dynamisant aussi. Je me suis faite toute la musculature du dos. Et j'ai passé à travers le confinement sans dégât physique grâce à la pratique continue. Merci à Felix et à son équipeB
