Super ,je loue une moto pour le week-end .

Ne mérite pas plus d'une étoile, après plus de 40min d'attente pour une location je suis reparti, à l'accueil super elle m'a dirigé vers le service location mais la personne qui s'occupe des location même pas 1 regard ni même un bonjour et demandé si j'ai besoin de quelque chose.Bref je suis vraiment déçu.

I rented the Africa Twin for a week here. The bike was in new condition with only 3,600kms. The daily price pretty much matches the international standard at 200$/day, however their longer term prices were surprisingly much lower. They do apply a common commercial tactic to present further discounts and benefits. In their case they present it with such professionalism that shows great customer service. The final value I received was excellent compared to the price I paid. I ended up paying 835€ for a week rental (24h rotation) with an extra 200kms which I really needed.Additionally to this, as I showed an intention to purchase a helmet and a few accessories, I was offered discounts. Loup Romanens, the rental agent who attended me accompanied me to request the discount at the accessories shop. I bought a helmet, a phone holder and a protecting cover. All with a very welcome discount.I did have a small and dumb fall due to a parking mistake, luckily not while in movement. I scratched the windshield and left handlebar protector. Loup was swift in sorting out charges and deposit upon my return.Overall the whole atmosphere is great, very suitable for a bikers' environment. The professionalism shown is excellent and the whole experience was rewarding. I am now considering bringing over my riding groups for a few rides.PS: If you are a real biker, don't get the new Africa Twin. The DCT transmission is not comfortable, I personally think Honda dropped the ball there. Loca Park has a large choice of models, so there are alternatives.For me, I need a real clutch and lever for my riding.
