My wife and I were in the Vouvray area and dropped in at Domaine Champalou hoping to have a tasting experience. I have purchased their wine through Kermit Lynch imports and enjoyed. I contacted the husband about a tasting and he stopped his chore and agreed to give us a tasting. His wife arrived and she took over. She was gracious despite our unannounced visit and she warmed up. She spoke about the “family” passion for farming grapes and making wines. She made our tasting and our purchase special. Thank You!
