Château de Détilly

Nous venons de passer deux jours enchanteurs au Château de Détilly, dans la magnifique vallée de la Loire.Le château offre un dépaysement sans concession grâce à ses prestations exceptionnelles et son emplacement. La chambre avec balcon où nous étions est à la fois superbe, impeccable et confortable. Le petit déjeuner était excellent et copieux. Le parc et la piscine permettent de se détendre et remettre en forme entre les nombreuses excursions qu’offrent la région.Merci aux propriétaires, véritables connaisseurs, pour leurs accueil et conseils qui ont rendu ce séjour inoubliable. L’adresse vaut vraiment le détour.

What a warm welcome! The facilities are excellent and chateau amazing. The owners catered to our every whim. Ideas where to visit, where to go and have a wonderful dinner. The wonderful breakfast on the sunny terrace in the incredible garden and Ramses their wonderful dog, All made or 3 nights stay a golden remarkable experience.

Il est des lieux si agréables que l’on souhaiterait en garder l’adresse pour soi-même, le château de Détilly en fait partie. Le château est enchâssé au milieu d’un jardin magnifique accompagné d’une roseraie, d’un étang et d’une piscine. Et du chant de multiples oiseaux. Tout respire la tranquillité et le bien-être. Les chambres et les salles de bains sont très spacieuses. La décoration est classique et raffinée. Les petits-déjeuners sont un autre moment de plaisir : une farandole de produits frais, accompagnés de savoureuses confitures maison et une table dressée avec élégance. Nous avons séjourné 6 jours dans ce lieu enchanteur et nous n’avons trouvé aucune faute de goût. Les propriétaires de ce domaine sont attentifs aux souhaits de leurs hôtes et sont de fins connaisseurs des restaurants de la région. Une belle expérience que nous pensons renouveler.

Our third stay in a very special Chateau in the Loire Valley. Choose from the grand B&B rooms with stunning breakfast on the terrace or the fabulous Coach House cottage Gite with gorgeous huge swimming pool. Where we have just stayed. Completely relaxing, generously appointed, luxury bed linen towels and toiletries. Satellite tv to catch film in the evening. Visit many of France stop chatted within easy drive and visit beautiful Chinon for dinner. Book direct on the chateau website. C

I have been to Détilly every year since its opening and I am still overwhelmed by the beauty of the castle and the opulence of the rooms. We received a warm welcome, as usual. The breakfasts are to write home about...It is very conveniently located for visits to many of the Loire valley castles, but I particularly recommend a visit to the town of Richelieu with its fascinating history.I am looking forward to my next visit to Détilly to bask in luxury and to discover more of the area. We received a lovely welcome from the owners. The Lion room is huge and beautifully furnished and the bathroom has elegant fixtures. Everything is impeccably clean. Guests can also use what Americans would call a living room, although a better name at Détilly would be the grand reception room": there is no doubt you are in a castle. My family and I have just spent an idyllic week at Chateau de Détilly B&B. The bedrooms were large and comfortable, each with lovely views over the gardens. The breakfasts on the terrace were perfect. Having been there during a heatwave with temperatures above 30C, we made good use of the swimming pool !The new owners, Pierre and Graham, were very welcoming hosts and I would highly recommend a visit.

Amazing 3 nights!As we were on holiday to visit La Loire (Castles and Wineries) we found this amazing place with this lovely owners! From the start, we felt like prince & princesse ♡ The breakfast ♡ Best choice of marmalade from the region.The perfect bedroom and a perfectly clean bathroom with nice toileteries!Swimming pool, tennis court, pingpong,...And an amazin garden giving you everything you need to relax alone, couple or with friends.Best experience ever!☆Big thanks to Pierre and Graham! ☆

Deuxième séjour au Château de Détilly. La chambre aux lions est superbe et le parc très agréable en cette saison. Nous avons pu profiter de la piscine et des premières roses de l'immense roseraie. Accueil toujours au top des propriétaires.
