AVOID this company at all cost. Worst experience ever. We tried to make the charging work downloading the app, called support twice and they said they couldnt do anything to help. Not possible to pay with a credit card.

Extremely bad access. Plus didn't work.

As a previous post stated this station is a bit farther down the road, right across from the UNICEF, and is tucked into side street parking next to a tree. This was the first charging station that we felt was a successful experience. Having rented a car in Zurich, we were having a difficult time finding a station that took our American credit card (visa). Plenty were available that said they took credit cards, but we were having problems with the vendor saying the bank blocked the purchase and the bank saying the vendor declined. Additionally, not all chargers take credit cards but rather only the RFID card, which takes 5-7 days to receive. Follow the instructions on the charger. For us it seems to be routine that it fails once and then starts charging with a second attempt.

After one hour the cost is 20 Ct PER MINUTE.3h of charging (10 kWh) cost in total 31 € !!!
