The best pilates training ever I like how they are so delicate and careful which you really recommend

I discovered Pilates MC about two years ago and have been practicing there every chance I have had since. Candice is an incredible instructor! She is extremely knowledgeable about anatomy & functional movement. Each class is taught with skill & passion. Candice challenges me while being encouraging, intuitive, and patient. Since I started taking classes at Pilates MC, I have become stronger & more flexible, and my posture and balance have improved. I feel amazing - physically & mentally - each time I leave the studio. I’m so grateful to have found Pilates MC!!!

Ho fatto la prima lezione ad Aprile 2023 e da quel momento non ho più smesso. Candice e Daniele mi hanno fatto apprezzare tantissimo il pilates, entrambi molto attenti ai dettagli, spiegazioni chiare e la combinazione degli esercizi è sempre diversa.

I absolutely LOVE everything about this studio! Pilates MC is such a fantastic place to take pilates lessons! If you're looking for the best instructors, an intimate class size and a great workout that tones the body from head to toe, this is the place to go. Whether you are recovering from an injury or are looking to take your strength and fitness to the next level, this is the place for you. The lessons are tailor made for your individuel level and needs, and will challenge both the beginner and advanced pilates students. The max is 2 students, so you always feel you are getting personal attention and care. It is well worth it for me since it's an investment into my body and well being. By each lesson I get stronger, leaner and more energy! The studio itself is fresh, has all the equipment you need and is always clean and neat. I can't say enough about this place and highly recommend Pilates MC! This is not just another pilates studio...
