Newly opened in the center of Fayence, great place for a drink or a coffee. Small menu with extremely tasty food options, changing frequently. Super friendly staff and owner. Highly recommend a visit, and do try the raspberry spritz!!!

Mistral is a breath of fresh air in the Fayence bar/restaurant landscape. Besides the great selection of drinks, the food is inspired and really tasty. Went there a few times, the irish breakfast (although only served during the weekends for now it seems) was awesome and unbeatable value for money. The pastries are excellent too (all home made).
