Rented a vehicle for a week and returned it the last day outside office hours. There was a sign stating that they are not responsible for damage done in the facilities during the time the vehicle is dropped and the next office hours. A few hours later I receive a report of damages stating that some plastic part had a scratch in the passenger side. I was by myself and of course do not recall causing any damage. I received the car dirty so it was difficult to tell whether there were prior scratches.In summary, beware of receiving a dirty vehicle that may hide prior damage and do not deliver outside office hours otherwise they will blame existing damage on you!
