Agency charged extra for linen / towels without prior warning, and demanded that we fill in a large multi-sheet inventory of what was in the apartment. Many items didn't match the list or were to an absurd level of detail (are there 23 glasses? are there 14 dessert spoons? Which rooms are the stools in?). Created significant stress when we were meant to be relaxing. Apartment itself was perfectly fine.
