This is the company that owns sunglass hut, which are used for an online order of some Rayban glasses. Not only was the delivery of the glasses, a hassle, because they use UPS, who these days only work Monday to Friday until 3:30 pm and will therefore keep you waiting additional days or weeks for your delivery! But when I received my order, the glasses I received were nothing like what I had ordered. The wrong model, the completely wrong colour and metal instead of plastic. There is no good reason for this error, as the model I ordered, and the model like received are not even similar in numbers. I then had to go through a hassle to contact Sunglass hut, to return the parcel and having to find a UPS drop-off point myself, but then have to await the refund. Just because someone could not be bothered to package the correct item, and there is clearly no quality control in their warehouse. This shows that they do not care about customer service and impact upon customers. My advice, do not use online sunglass hut.

Cette boîte coule, ne paye plus ses prestataires, ses factures, ne donne pas un bon service client.Essilor + Luxottica, la fusion acquisition ratée.

Après nombre d’échange, incluant le visionnage des photos jointes, ESSILOR rejette toute responsabilité de la dégradation des verres sur de présumés défauts d’entretien (rayures) par l'utilisateur, ou par un « vieillissement » normal des verres (mes verres actuels ont moins de 3 ans), ESSILOR exonérant unilatéralement son process industriel (décollement, bullage) de tout reproche.Pour mémoire, avant ESSILOR, mes lunettes ont été équipées de verres NIKON qui m’ont donné toute satisfaction durant près de dix ans – mais rien à voir avec la fabrication…
