Je suis très contente de cette agence. Ils m’ont placé chez une famille d’accueil formidable et je me sens très soutenue par l’agence. J’ai énormément apprécié la communication claire concernant la situation sanitaire avant de partir en France et aussi pendant mon séjour.

This agency is great if you have no trouble but they didn’t support you at all if you do. It is a shame when you are a foreign girl alone in France and the family don’t pay you. I had no place to stay or money to buy food.Stay away from this place!When I was au pair, many years ago, the girl I was taking care (9yo) started to be agressive. One day she slapped me and the parents didn’t really punished her. Only asked her to say sorry.The situation was not good and getting worse, so I found another job and asked to finish my contract a few months before the predicted end. I said I would stay some weeks more so they’ll have the time to manage it. The mum went crazy and started yelling at me. She took everything from me (my payments, the car to use for the kids, stopped my navigo) and make me go take the kids from school on public transport what made me not be able to follow my french classes. She stopped talking with me. I tried to talk and also ask for my payment but she just ignored me. Btw, I was living in their house!The girl started saying a lot of racist things everyday. So I decided to leave. I called this agency (they were partner to my agency in my country) and the responsible yelled at me so much.. awful things and told me that I would never see the family money again.Ah, yeah, the money = 80€ for the week worked.It is nothing if you think like that, but at that time was my only revenue.I passed a very hard moment, alone wondering what to do.I don’t recommend this agency. Be by your self and you would be better supported.

Très satisfait ! Je me suis rendu dans cette agence pour des renseignements, j'ai été très bien accueilli et bien renseigné, l'équipe actuelle me semble vraiment à l'écoute de ses clients c'est vraiment top ! 5 étoiles, c'est mérité et encore merci.

Partie en Australie en Mai 2018, je ne regrette absolument pas d’être passé par cette agence, en effet j’ai était vraiment bien suivie dés lors où j’ai déposé mon dossier mais également pour le choix des familles et également lors de mon séjour un message pour savoir comment s’est passé mon arrivée, comment ça se passe avec ma famille d’accueil... J’ai vécu une expérience très enrichissante et c’est grâce à l’agence AIS. Je me suis vraiment sentie soutenue dans toutes mes démarches. Je recommande avec grand plaisir cette agence !

The flight over was very good, I met my family at the airport and then we drove home. My family have been so warm and welcoming to me I have settled in well.

Très bonne agence qui est à l’écoute et qui sais donner des bons conseils pour un séjour Au-Pair réussi.J’ai vécu une expérience extraordinaire en Chine, j’ai eut tout les renseignements dont j’avais besoin pour mon séjour, les partenaires sur place ont aussi été à disposition pour que mon séjour soit le plus agréable, cours de langues mis à disposition par l’agence AISJe recommande vivement cette agence qui est très professionnelle :)

Je ne recommande pas cette association. La sélection des fichiers n’est ni rigoureuse, ni ordonnée en fonction des inscriptions. Ce sont des gens peu responsables et rigoureux, cela ressemble plus à un groupe de consanguinité qu’à une association dont l’objectif est d’aider les étrangers. On m'a accordé un groupe de conservation en français puis Mme Rollat ​​a annulé le cours sans m'en avertir. Ils ont des intérêts cachés.

My host family is incredibly kind, generous, helpful, and welcoming. I already feel like a part of the family. They have helped me with my phone and explaining the metro system. They are reassuring and kind, always making sure that I am comfortable and asking about my day. They all have very kind hearts, and I am so grateful to be with them. I have a lovely room with a big desk and closet and my own bathroom. The family has done an incredible job welcoming me, explaining the locks, and making sure I feel happy and safe. My first few days were really great. I met a lot of people and students, and I have really enjoyed getting to work with them on different projects, as well as answering questions about the U.S. I get to do presentations but also work one-on-one. My supervisor, Pascal, is incredibly kind and welcoming. He always makes me feel part of the classroom and the school. The students are so eager to learn, and helpful. They ask a lot of questions and seem really engaged with the work. They make me feel like what I'm doing matters, and it's been great learning about their goals and what they want to do in life.

Je ne recommande pas cette agence :- sélection peu rigoureuse des filles au pair à placer dans les familles françaises- une fois le chèque encaissé par l'agence car le choix d'une fille au pair à accueillir est effectué, suivi du dossier très léger. Qui plus est, en cas de problème, l'Agence se dégage de toute responsabilité.Mon conseil : si vous recherchez une fille au pair pour vos enfants, orientez-vous vers une agence plus professionnelle.
