Hôtel Tiara Yaktsa Côte d'Azur

Nous sommes arrivés à 22h30 car bloqués 3h sur l’autoroute. Nous avons été refusés au restaurant ne serait-ce que pour un plateau de fromage alors que nous avions besoin de nous détendre après ce calvaire sur l’autoroute. Nous n’avons pas eu le droit de faire mieux qu’un room service sur une minuscule table bancale… un hôtel 5* ne doit-il pas réserver une hospitalité 5* ???

Nous avons passé deux formidables nuits à l'hôtel Tiara Yaktsa, le panorama est magnifique, le personnel est très accueillant, nous souhaitons remercier en particulier la directrice de l'hôtel Sonia et le personnel du restaurant pour leur gentillesse. (François...)Une mention spéciale pour le chef du restaurant l'or bleu Alain Montigny qui nous a sublimé avec sa cuisine tout en finesse, c'est sans doute le meilleur restaurant étoilé que nous avons pu dîner jusqu'à présent.

Far overpriced! Hidden fees? I wasn't expecting to be charged €35 pool charge" when I didn't use the pool

The arrival at the hotel was perfect - we were welcomed by the hotel managers and received a welcome drink! The atmosphere was super friendly and warm, we immediately felt like home!The room and the sea view was spectacular! The bed super nice, the decoration special and the bathroom very clean. The breakfast buffet was small(er) than in other hotels, but therefore very delicate and fine food! All employees are very very friendly, supportive and kind! The pool is excellent (infinity) as well as the whirlpool. Our stay was part of our honeymoon - and we will never forget the time there!

This is an amazing property that just needs a bit of updating. Modern luxury hotels have proper technology and facilities these days. Just needs some TLC and would be great if they devoted more than 10 sq m to a fitness center. It is not a particularly convenient location so important that it can be self contained, not so much at the moment.

Spent 8 amazing days at Yaktsa for our honeymoon and it was perfection. The room, food, the service, the people, the vibe- everything. The team here always went above and beyond and felt like family as soon as we arrived. We were sad to leave! Thank you to Sandy, Gabriella, Francois, Sonia, Raymond, and everyone here- we will be back! Get the Parmesan risotto for room service & truffle ravioli for lunch :)- Heather & John

Absolutely a hidden gem in the French Riviera. It is a perfect last stop of our summer vacation in the South of France. As expected like other collections of Relais & Châteaux, it’s the kind of hotel where you just want to completely unplug and relax.The staff at this hotel and even in Miramar are all remarkable especially to the Hotel Director Sonia who went above and beyond and really made our stay truly special.The services and food are great, from the restaurant, to the spa, fitness center and the private beach. There is a stand up paddle board that you can use free of charge when available. There is also other nautical activities that you can enjoy and rent upon request. Don’t miss to book a table at the superb Michelin starred L’Or Bleu with a fine dining Mediterranean flavours. Moya restaurant have good options but if you plan to stay more than 4 days and would like to try other restaurants, you can ask for good recommendations at the front desk. Had a wonderful relaxing massage and treatment at the spa. My favorite spot is the canopy at the zen garden where you can revel in the serene Mediterranean views, sea and landscape while reading a book, sip a glass of refreshing drink or just simply doze off. Would not hesitate to come back here. Thank you so much to all the staffs who made our stay memorable.

Overall the hotel was excellent. I will however say that for the price of the rooftop room (approx. $1500 per night), the noise level made the outdoor space not so enjoyable. The noise of the busy road next to the hotel, the noise of the neighbors partying etc. made us have to go inside although the point of getting that room is to be outside. This is not something that can be controlled by the hotel but the price of the room should reflect this downside.

Hotel bien situé avec très belle vue sur mer. Accueil de qualité et personnel professionnel. Restaurant de haut niveau avec personnel attentionné et très accueillant. L'équipement des chambres et les services ne sont pas à la hauteur d'un hôtel 5*.Personne ne vient récupérer votre valise lors de l'arrivée sur le parking. Propreté de la suite limite ( gravillon sur le sol de la chambre, trace rouge sur mur de la salle de bain ). La table du balcon bancale. Porte de douche qui ne coulisse plus au point que ma femme s'est trouvée bloquée à l'intérieur, sans ma présence elle n'aurait pas pu en sortir. Le bar et le spa ne sont pas situés sur place. Pour avoir l' habitude de fréquenter cegenre d'hôtel je trouve que celui-ci est sur-côté.
