Terrible experience! A train magically teleported 10 minutes ahead of the given schedule and did not even bother waiting for us at the stop for a few minutes (as written on the website !) Incredibly upset not to have had a chance to enjoy the boat trip on our trip’s last day. Do not recommend unless you are ready to wait at the stop for extra 30 minutes

This mode of transportation is quick, clean and efficient. It is also a good way to Capture photos with your camera at angles that you wouldn't be able to do on land. This is a way to cross the waters without having to partake in a lunch or dinner cruise.

Great way to see the city!Prefect for anyone who doesn’t want to do a lot of walking but still wants to see the whole city.Friendly staff that speak on certain things as you move about the Seine. It was just over €80 for 4 people for the full day pass.I highly recommend doing it.

Completely unreliable, the location on google/Apple Maps they gave you on webpage just didn’t exist. Arrival times on the buggy website is unreliable as well. We went to the next station, we run and waved at them and and the crew left us on the shore at the last moment laughing. You can’t return the tickets too, had to report them as a fraud to my bank. Looks like they are trying to be a modern tech savvy company, but fail big time, service part is terrible as well.

Bonne initiative pour visiter Paris en famille ou seul. De plus le personnel est très agréable. Je trouve que c'est un bon rapport qualité prix car avec un ticket on peut prendre le bateau et s'arrêter et le reprendre toute la journée. Je suis très contente de cette découverte.

An inexpensive and fun way of getting around to many main of the main sites in Paris or just relaxing. It can be quite busy during at times, especially mid day. You must buy your tickets before boarding. Buying online is recommended.

This has been the best way to get around Paris during our trip! Ubers are convenient, but with such heavy traffic most of the day, this boat gets us from place to place much quicker. And we haven’t had to wait more than 5 or 10 mins for the next boat. Super friendly staff, and clean boats. 5 stars!

We thought to use the batobus frequently because we like the idea very much, so we bought tickets online. Eventually we only used it once, which makes its ticket prices far too expensive.We would have been better served with an x-times entry paying formula, or even one-time entry to be payed on the spot.

Habitant à Paris depuis plus de 12 ans, je ne pensais vraiment pas faire une balade sur la Seine... pourtant ! J'ai organisé un évènement d'entreprise pour 12 personnes et nous avions un petit bateau privé. Nous avons tous passé un moment incroyable ! Je recommande vivement !
