The Tasting Room
Really hard to describe the Tasting Room. The simple description would be wine and pizza. A slightly more descriptive may be great local wine, pizza and pinse. Still not good enough description, Two brothers who have lived around the world, who know wine and food - and more importantly - people - have created an amazing space in Carcassonne. Tonight when we visited the crowd was USA, UK, Italia, Espania, Australia, and Francais (plenty of locals). Amazing people, amazing atmosphere. Love it.

The Tasting Room
A lovely experience. It is a small, lovely wine bar run by a family. The owners are experts at wines and recommended some great wines to us. They have a limited tasty menu comprising of pizzas and paninis. We loved our pizza. It was super fresh and made of local ingredients. We had a great time and visited the place twice during our 4 day visit. If you are looking for a good wine bar during your visit to Carcassonne, go to the tasting room and you will not be disappointed.

Découverte complètement par hasard du tasting room en voulant s'abriter de la pluie. N'hésitez pas à pousser la porte, Hadrian le patron sommelier est une crème, et sa sélection de vins français et étranger est tout simplement incroyable !On pensait boire un verre, au final on en a dégusté 6 différents et ils étaient tous plus bons les uns que les autres !

Vinoteca con ambiente familiar con vinos de todo el mundo. Recomiendo la degustación de 5 vinos. Probamos pizza estilo napolitano y estilo romano. Te harán sentir como en casa. Hablan 4 idiomas y son encantadores. Cuando vuelva a Carcassonne da igual dónde me aloje, pero sé dónde voy a cenar

This is a nice wine bar that also serves Italian pizza. They have a wide range of wines and a short menu but it's all quality ingredients. Owner is Italian American so speaks perfect English. We had a plate of charcuterie and pizzas. Excellent meat and wines too !
