Bikram Yoga Zurich

Seiz einigen Jahren besuche ich das Bikramstudio von Stefan und Steffen. Die Trainings sind immer top begleitet, das Studio super sauber und das Team freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ich kann einen Besuch sehr empfehlen. Du trainierst nicht nur den Körper, sondern auch Geist und Seele.

The best Yoga studio I have been: very good teachers, great space and a fantastic community. I tried Bikram Yoga because I practice strength-training for years and I always felt the need to balance it with flexibility and mobility though I like intensive practice so I didn't match with other yoga styles. This is the best one for me because it combines strength, balance, flexibility, mobility and cardio and every class is a challenge after which you feel like reborn. It's a great balance for other sport styles.

Nach den Missbrauchsvorwürfen sich nicht von dem Namen Bikram zu distanzieren ist nicht nachvollziehbar. Widerwärtiger Charakter.Vor allem nachdem veröffentlicht wurde, dass er ein Lügner ist und die Lehren seines Meisters als seine eigenen verkauft... Warum nicht den Namen des Erfinders verwenden?

First time Bikram Yoga for me. I love the intro before the session and felt very well taken care of. I might go from regular Sauna to regular Bikram yoga as I love the refreshing feeling after. I defo come back. Also It's super clean.

Wow one of the most welcoming yoga studios in Zurich! They celebrate you especially after your first Bikram class and the whole team is supportive. It’s original Bikram yoga which is a rare find nowadays! The heating reminds me of that sweltering summer day in Southeast Asia and all you can do is let go and be in the moment. Definitely challenging but absolutely rewarding. You can tell that the friendly community and professional staff have been doing this for years so you have a trusted safe space for your practice.

It is a great health benefit and joy to practice the original Bikram yoga asana sequence. I am very grateful to the Zurich Bikram Studio owner and Staff, for keeping this intelligent postural practice intact. Quality and experience shows - 5 star friendly, thank you!
