Trop d’employer déferrent faudrait essayer de les former puis les gardez

J'ai travaillé là-bas les chantiers sont réalisés dans les règles de l'art mais j'ai rarement vue un patron (et son fils) aussi irrespectueux envers leur personnel. Clairement ma pire expérience professionnelle !( Expérience en 2014 avec Olivier et son père qui était le patron a l'époque)

Paysagiste au top, c'est l'entreprise de mon père, dallage pavage taille de haie...

Worst experience ever. We hired him for our garden and to plant bushes around the garden for a newly built house, and decided to stop after that.The quality of the grass was not there. We’re having a lot of holes that we’ll have to fix ourself since he said « if you wanted us to fix these holes you should have called us earlier when the grass started to grow in spring » the first cut was included and apparently we needed to notify him that the grass has grown while he was working on our neighbor’s garden who was renovating his garden.So he was coming every day to our house basically and there were no bushes at that time so the garden was fully visible from the neighbor’s garden so we saw it growing and that was his job to come to cute the grass on time, it’s not like the grass in our garden is growing at a different path then all other gardens in “Pays de Gex”.Then came the moment where he was supposed to plant the bushes. We ordered 160cm high to have them covering the view between us and the neighbor asap. Je came back to us 1 month before the plantation saying that actually they will be 1.2 meters high because he couldn’t get them higher. He accepted to make a 10%discount we were very surprised knowing that 40cm less was almost dividing the price of the bushes by 2, but fine we accepted since we wanted them asap. Then the week before the plantation he says that they will be actually 80cm high so we said that we’re not going to accept that again with a 10% discount and we ask for 50% discount (the size being divided by 2 now so the cost of each bushes really dropped and we had previous offers he made with those sizes to compare) and je said that there is no chance that he’s going to lower the price again and that we do as we want but since he had the deposit he’s not going to reimburse us anyway...We eventually found a compromise where we bought our own trees and asked him to plant them with the deposit he had.At the end we wired him too much money and it took us 6 month of négociation to get them back. He wanted to make us a voucher so we said “fine we want to use the voucher to fix the grass” but he said that he was done with us and didn’t want to work with us anymore that we were too pushy, then he started to play the victim... unbelievable...So conclusion : to be avoided at all cost

Très sérieux, magnifique travail, artisans très à l'écoute du client, nous avons réalisé une cloture habillée de bruyère, la qualité du travail et le choix des matériaux est optimal. nous les recommandons vivement

Entreprise familiale, pro et polyvalente. Beaucoup de valeur ajoutée apportée aux jardins. Des prestations de qualité et un travail soigné, je recommande !
