Future Form

This is honestly one of the best studios I have been to in France. It is because of Future Form that I started being consistent in my yoga practice. This is where I discovered Yoga Air... And there is not only yoga. They also teach Pilates... Cannot wait to go back!

It took me a while to find a clean studio with organized and international standard facilities. Futurform was the best answer I found in Nice. I only go to yoga classes, level is beginner to mid level but the teachers are more than happy to adapt when they see you d like to take it further. Facilities have a big studio room, nice changing room with showers and an online signing system.I recommend this place to french and non french speakers!

I have frequented this studio whilst on holiday in Nice numerous times over the years. It has a lovely feel to it and the classes are always very personal. The instructors are all lovely and speak very good English as well as French. Highly recommended.

I absolutely love this Pilates studio! The quality of training is top-notch. The teachers are not only skilled but also incredibly supportive and encouraging. Classes are taught in both English and French. Highly recommend for a well-rounded Pilates experience!

Love the harmony of the club, love the creativity and passion of the personnel!! I am the big fan of Jenny and would love to try BalletForm again - it is extraordinary mix of all I want to do - Ballet, Pilates, Yoga &. Streching!

Une bonne prof de yoga mais malheureusement les propriétaires ne sont intéressés que par l'argent, pas flexibles ni ouverts aux suggestions (je pense que c'est la raison pour laquelle aucun prof reste sur le long terme dans ce studio). Je ne le recommande absolument pas.

Future Form's classes are fun, engaging, and an excellent workout! I took several classes with Jenny and some of the other instructors for several months in 2016 when I lived in Nice. The Piloxing class was my absolute favorite (if you're going to take one class, that should be it!). Jenny is an amazing and lovely teacher, and to this day I remember and practice lessons from her classes. Future Form began my love of pilates, boxing, and fitness overall -- it's the only studio I've ever loved so much I bought a monthly membership! Even years later, I stay in touch with Jenny and have followed along with their lessons remotely. She is a fantastic teacher who is attentive to detail, ensuring you're becoming stronger and sculpted in the right ways (for example, I still remember her emphasizing to not drop your elbows in certain arm movements, so that you tone your shoulders, too. I never knew that slight adjustment made such a difference in your body. No teacher has ever pointed that out!) It's still one of the best studios I've ever been able to take classes at (and I live in New York City), and one of my fondest experiences when I remember living in Nice. Thank you Jenny and Future Form team -- I hope to return again when I visit Nice in the future!

Professional, focused and knowledgeable teachers in a bright, beautiful classical pilates studio. I'm so happy that I found this gem in Nice - Jenny and her team are doing great work - highly recommend.

I am a pilates instructor in LA and I have practiced pilates for 10 years. I took 1 group pilates and 1 private class from Jenny, I wish I could stay there longer to take more of her class. She taught me the proper way to do a roll up, in a way that no one taught me before. I highly recommend her class!
