Encore une fois, je loue chez Sixt et suis entièrement satisfait.Le prix relativement cher est largement compensé par la qualité des services offerts :_Facile de joindre un agent au téléphone_Facile de modifier sa réservation en ligne_Nombreuses assurances pour limiter le montant de la franchise et maîtriser son empreinte bancaire, ainsi aucun frais surprise et sérénité lors de la location_Surclassement conséquent du véhicule loué (Mini Countryman ou Audi Q2 pour le prix d'une 208)_Pas d'attente, agents aimables et professionnels_Pas à chipoter si on rend un véhicule auquel il manque 2L d'essence, légèrement sali ou avec un peu de retard_Loueur sur place, pas besoin de navettes_Processus de retour avec boite à clefs très rapide_Il ne manque plus que la vignette autoroute suisse sur les véhicules côté français, mais on ne peut pas tout avoir !

Everything went smoothly, very nice people at the front counter. I chose this location now the 2nd time. Liked the car I got. Only one issue I felt which should of been addressed this time was that the gas level was 3/4 full when I received the car. I returned it full.

La méthode agressive utilisée pour forcer la main aux clients pour passer à un niveau supérieur.. Lorsqu'on arrive, l'hôtesse reprend tout le dossier comme si rien n'avait été réservé en ligne, et tente par tous les moyens de faire choisir un véhicule plus couteux en arguant des faux arguments comme quoi le véhicule qui est prévu dans la catégorie que vous avez réservée

We are SIXT Platinum members and we have been renting cars from SIXT and other rental companies around the world for years. But this rental company is the worst experience we had.When we arrived at the SIXT counter the lady was very rude. I do not know if she was like this because we were people of color. But the way she treated us we knew immediately.When politely asked for an upgrade she said we have to pay for any upgrades (as Platinum members you are entitled to upgrades if cars available.) But according to her there was no car available at that time. When we came outside the airport to pick up our" car we saw SIXT had plenty of cars parked outside. Also we know (as found out later) there were still cars available at that time. So - as I assumed correctly - she simply did not want to offer us the complementary upgrade.Next: we returned the car as disclosed in the agreement (according to the return time & location) only to receive an invoice few days later saying we returned the car at around 3pm when we have proof we returned it at around 6am. 3pm cannot be true simply because I was already in my office (in Germany !!!) by that time. When I mentioned that in my reply to SIXT they refused to comment on that. The car was prepaid so they charged my credit card extra for apparently late return

Sixt rent a car ignores customer satisfaction. It disregards customer rights. I rented a car from Sixt rent a car at Basel Mulhouse Airport in August 2022. I delivered the vehicle and returned to my country. I learned much later that Sixt Rent a Car sent me an e-mail because of a parking ticket. However, due to technical reasons, I could not actively use the e-mail address I gave during the rental. We experienced an earthquake of magnitude over 7 in the area where I live and we lost many of our relatives. We lost more than fifty thousand of our people. I got sick. During this process, I realized much later that Sixt rent a car company forwarded the debt to a company for collection. I realized much later that the emails were sent to me at different times. I learned much later that the amount I would have to pay increased exponentially with each email sent. I've never heard of any of this. I was not sent any official documents. Also, the last time I realized that this debt coincidentally belonged to me was in September 2023; I realized that my debt, which was 29 euros, had increased exponentially to 308 euros. Even though I sent an objection e-mail and stated my excuse, I also noticed that they started the court process and my payment was 367 euros. and I had to pay. This is abuse. Months later, I found out by chance that I had a debt I didn't know about. I will complain about this injustice to all relevant units.

Je viens de passer 15 minutes à me faire balader par un concurrent (H….Z) via leur centre d’appel… sans succès au final. Je me tourne finalement vers Sixt et obtiens une réservation en moins de 10 minutes, avec un interlocuteur très sympa et professionnel.Nickel!

Technically card was in very good condition. Service on the counter was very good. But car was durty externally, had no liquid for wipers and I found bottle of beer on the floor (not present to customer).

My first experience to renting a car. I rented a nice car on France side of Basel airport. The car was very clean and almost new. Personnel was so helpful. Price was very reasonable compared to other services. I enjoyed a lot my two days trip in the Alsace. Thanks.

Had to wait for the person in front of me, but once being served, it went quickly. The car was exactly as described. New, clean, ran well. Absolutely no problems. Returning was very simple as well. Just drop the key and you’re done.

Très content de mon expérience chez Sixt, tout était expliqué clairement avec transparence, le retour du véhicule s'est fait avec un état des lieux. Mention spéciale pour Fathi qui s'est montré très professionnel et agréable. Nous reviendrons pour sûr !
