Dinner was amazing. Great service and the duck breast was incredible. Really cozy inside and close to our hotel. Our waitress spoke English and that is not to be expected but always very much appreciated. Visiting from the U.S. if you want to sit outside or during peak dinner - reserve a table. We had dinner at 730 and were able to be seated inside without a reservation but it filled up quick.

Nous avons passé une très bonne soirée, dans ce restaurant pas très grand qui permet d'apprécier la convivialité sans être dérangés. La carte limitée rassure sur la qualité des produits faits maison. Le service avec le sourire a été impeccable.Tout était fort bon : le magret de canard, et les filets de daurades. Original, le généreux pot de caramel au beurre salé à verser directement sur les profiteroles à la crème vanille : un vrai délice.

Nous avons passé un très bon moment dans ce restaurant. Plats savoureux (notamment le magret et l’entrée œuf croustillant qui étaient merveilleux), accueil sympathique et efficace, bonne ambiance.Seuls petit bémols : les couteaux n’étaient pas bien aiguisés donc on avait du mal à couper le magret malgré sa tendreté. Les choux pourraient être plus croustillants, même si le caramel beurre salé (délicieux et dans une quantité généreuse) le compensait.À refaire absolument

Made a reservation a bit in advance. When we arrived the server got us confused with another group so at first thought that we did not have a seat. He quickly fixed that though!We got the shrimp and avocado appetizer. My mom really liked the shrimp! The server also kindly split the appetizer into two dishes for us since we told him we would split it. Thoughtful!We ordered duck breast. It was quite raw, more than I was used to. We got it medium, so maybe that’s what it was. My mom was able to stomach it fine, though she did think it was a bit more on the not as cooked side.Later into the evening the restaurant filled up and it looked like there were only two servers for the entire restaurant. They were definitely a little stressed and rushed! Overall quite friendly though.

Meeting a friend for lunch, I found this very charming Paris restaurant in the 15th. We were intrigued by the limited menu offerings all of which sounded so yummy. We selected the prix fix meal that icluded a starter (baked artchoke and cheese with a salad), a main dish, we shared the roasted duck with a green garlic sauce followed by dessert, a traditional creme bruleé made with chocolat and carmel. Glasses of red wine and a bottle of tap water. Everything was above par at Afaria including our friendly, helpful, and delightful French waitress, Celia who helped us decide. She made our lunch most enjoyable, special, and very entertaining. Merci Celia!

A typical French restaurant but that is where anything French ends. The food served is not so authentic - we went as a group of 8, one of the order was messed up and the replacement was completely something. The waiter argued that it was a different recipe and hence the same dish on two plates looked and tasted vastly different.Duck served only looked good but tasted uterrly bad.Even a simple French fries was not done properly.Not sure if this was a one-off experience on a given evening or a norm.

Déçu pour commencer il n’est pas précisé que la sangria est blanche et qu’elle ne contient que 3 gorgées déposées dans un mini verre à eau de type IKEA , le gaspacho était bon et sauve les meubles, mais les sot l’y laisse étaient fades mal cuit dans une assiette qui avait un peu trop vécu verdict trop cher pour une faible qualité, il y a bien meilleur dans le quartier, continuez donc votre chemin …

We were lucky that this restaurant was opposite our hotel. The staff were very friendly and the food was delicious! Excellent value for money.
