Agence The Lodgist

We stayed at Chalet les Petits Ours Montriond over the New Year period of 2022/23. Although the snow as scarce, the service provided by Agence The Lodgist was plentiful! The Chalet itself is stunning. It was handed over to us in pristine condition and spotlessly clean. Joyita from Agence The Lodgist was delightful and helpful.She helped us arrange ski hire, ski passes and even kindly recommended and made restaurant reservations for our large group. The ski hire arranged at Joyita's recommednation was seamless. They arrived at the chalet in a van and did the boot fittings there, then returned to collect our equipment on our last night. One of our guests had trouble with sizes and they returned to the chalet with alternatives. I've never had such a trouble-free ski(ish) holiday. It's a shame we weren't able to ski more but that gives us a great excuse to return, which we most definitely plan to do. We would give this experience a solid 5/5. Thank you to Joyita and her team for making our stay so memorable.

We hebben in een prachtig verblijf gezeten met een groep van 8 dames en genoten van het skigebied bij Avoriaz. Super service, vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
