Ann is a nice and attentive teacher with a great energy. Classes are fun and adapted to individual needs.Her cosy studio is well situated with parking easily available. Her lunch time classes are an energizing break on a busy day.

Excellent pilates practice with Ann. This is a small Pilates studio but with amazing energy. Ann is a dedicated and attentive teacher. She has deep knowledge of the Pilates techniques and she makes practice fun and effective by alternating the sequence every four weeks. After each lesson you feel the results and you are energized but not exhausted. On the plus side the studio is well situated in Strassen, easily accessible with plenty of parking space around. Highly recommended!

Best pilates class I've ever had!I started having pilates classes there a few months ago and it has been an amazing experience. Ann always focuses on us doing all the exercises correctly, she corrects each person individually and she adapts the class to the attendees' needs. There is a class for every taste, as the studio offers classes on differerent timeslots and for different levels. I love the fact that there are beginner and intermediate classes, unlike most pilates studios that offer mostly all-levels classes. I also find the price quite competitive especially for the quality of services that I get. Keep up the good work!

Fulfilling Pilates experience!I started with Ann a few months ago and I immediately loved it. In the cosy, fully refurbished studio, she manages her classes with a steady pace but caring for each individual. She provides variations of the same exercise and let everyone adapts it to one's ability whilst encouraging you to become ambitious about your potential achievements.Ideally located in Strassen, convenient parking.Don't miss it!
