Thomas Concas responded promptly to our request for a service on our boiler as well as examining an irritating fault which would only allow hot water to run for a couple of minutes before it cut out.He speedily gave our boiler a thorough clean out and diagnosed the reason for the faulty heating response. He returned the next day with the new part and voilà! Constant hot running water enabling us to have a proper shower without having to call out for the boiler to be reset.Thomas is an absolute gem!
