The AHP contractor has worked for me for three years. When he first came the house it was in terrible shape--the walls were rotting from the inside, the bathroom was in decay and the shower in the bathroom was big enough for a small child and impossible for an adult. The windows and window sills were rotting. AHP has fixed everything in the apartment and I have been able to do this long distance during the pandemic. He is totally reliable and does the highest quality work with the highest quality parts and equipment. He also uses great imagination to fix and update this small space and optimize its usage. Now I no longer have rotting walls but ones that are properly insulated, proper heating, a beautiful marble shower and bathroom that is a showplace that should be in Architectural Digest. There are new heaters, replacement of rotten wood in the window frames and proper weather stripping around the windows. There is excellent updated new lighting in the apartment. He supervised the installation of fiber optic cable network in the apartment and made sure the internet and the tv work perfectly. He is always ready to help even on short notice and he maintains a key to the apartment as he is so trustworthy.
