Last year in spring I had a misfortune of giving my almost new (2 months old) leather jacket (that was a very expensive gift from my girlfriend) for the treatment. The state of the coat when we opened it again in November was indescribable: we found a hole in each pocket and a side belt buckle missing. The whole coat was sprayed with a solution that not only didn’t protect from water - it changed the colour of the coat to a nasty shade of brown and every water droplet was visible immediately upon contact.We did manage to give the coat back for analysis, even though we didn’t open the package for 3 months, and I have nothing bad to say about the lady who assisted us at the branch.However, after the analysis not only the company took no ownership of the damage caused by their own treatment, but they also inferred that we submitted a DIFFERENT COAT to them and the whole thing was somehow our fault. They had the gall to claim that the coat was originally of a different colour, which it was because their treatment ruined it!Let me be very clear – I do no have an extra 2000CHF lying around to wear two similar leather coats and mess with the dry-cleaning service. The treatment of a very expensive article was abysmal, the analysis we received from the “expert” was downright insulting and therefore we will never use their services again.I suggest you take your business elsewhere if you can.

If I could rate them a 0 stars - I would!This was the most expensive dry cleaning of a cotton t-shirt - I paid chf18 for a chf800 Louis Vuitton tshirt and they made a hole on it! I wore it once, it was new and they made a hole right in the front of the t-shirt! Terrible terrible and extremely overpriced service! I will never ever use this dry clean again and I don’t recommend it to anyone! I’m in shock how they still operate if they can’t even dry clean a cotton t-shirt without making a hole on it!!!!!!!!!!
