Bad service, I was going to Orly airport on the 18th, and they sold me the ticket knowing that this service was interrupted due to a problem with a luggage and the police. There is not website where we can make the claim for our money back, Basically they put on their pocket all their money and we had to leave the place due to the time and schedule. I tried to find a way to make the claim on their website but there is no way. Bad service!

Ottimo servizio per arrivare in centro a Parigi dall’aeroporto di Orly anche se qualche indicazione in più sulle direzioni, città o altra zona dell’aeroporto, non guasterebbero.
