Fantastic friendly service from staff fluent in many languages. I’m unsure why there are low ratings for this branch, as my experience was top notch. The branch is right by the station and the cars are literally parked under the station in the secure park, it could not be more convenient. The staff I dealt with were young, friendly, cheerful and prompt. An example - on both occasions, the staffer at the desk gave me the name of the people at the garage who would be greeting me, and walked out the front door to point out the exact location to go to (which is only about 30 meters away… but still!). I booked through an aggregator and this caused no issue either. Thank you National, great car, great service, great holiday! :)

Second time renting a car via this national/enterprise/Avis location. The staff here is incredible. They went above and beyond to assist me with the necessary transit passes I may need for my upcoming travel. What a pleasant experience!!
