I've used Roy at RMB for a few years now. He has done a variety of work on my car, suspension repairs / brakes / tyres / AC etc as well as routine servicing and sorting out the CT. Always sensible advice and a job well done at a fair price. He even provides a run around car, and cleans yours. Definitely recommended.

Absolutely appalling not worth 1 star. said he could repair hand brake failure on motorhome drive it home and ALL brakes failedBecame threatening after second attempt at repair and refused to refund charges. Contrôle centre said brakes were worse than when we first took it. Had it repaired at another garage quick 15minute job and passed Contrôle no problems. Still refusing to refund. Have since been contacted by lots of others who have had similar experiences with this man. To quote others don’t touch him with a barge pole

Very happy with the services provided. New clutch in a Nissan navara 4x4, new tryes, tracking, brakes etc. Work done on time and at a fair price, he also fitted my daughters tyres and she's also very happy as well as lots of work on my old transit a few years back. 100% recommend and will be using Roy in the future.

Contacted Roy as car kept failing CT even though it had been serviced and some repairs carried out by another garage (French) Asked Roy if he could help, yes was his answer, he corrected all the problems and I now have a CT, I will getting my car serviced by Roy in the future and I would definately recommend him.

I've been a customer of Roy's since 2016 and have had the pleasure of watching his business evolve into the success it is today ...his service is always honest ...best prices and Roy is quick to solve your motoring problems. and with his complementary courtesy cars available if you need and book one your never stuck for long. Roy does everything from tyres and batteries to full services,clutches,Major repairs and Cts he even offers an excellent valet service thanks to Amanda. An Installer, not a mechanic. Doesn't check related problems that could be the cause before installing parts.! Cost me over €1000, no difference, and no power.! Wasn't concerned at all, just wanted paying. Took to another garage which ended up being a simple split in a hose. Cost €65, so if he had just simply checked.. Awful service and doesn't honour original quotes less than 3 months, refuses and gets annoyed when challenged.!
