DO NOT STAY HERE!We had to carry our bags up multiple flights of narrow stairs because there's no lift available. Walk in and find loose floorboards and a bathroom door that wouldn't close. Does have lovely french-style windows but you can only see and hear thebloud neighbours. Horrible room, no amenities and the toilet has been leaking since we arrived

I would give the hotel itself and its staff 4 stars based on the hotel class, price, and facilities. But the location is not ideal for visiting Paris. For two females, the area did not feel safe to walk around at night, as even during the day we felt a little uncomfortable on certain streets. We did find walking down Saint-Denis road felt safer with more people out and more restaurants/shops. As for the hotel, the Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, the bed was comfortable, and the room had a cute little patio above the alley. The alley was a little noisy at night, and it was hot when we were there so needed to keep windows open for air flow. Overall great place to stay for the price, just have to be safe with the location.

Worst experience ever! Only the sheets were cleaned. The floor has an ancient carpet and was creaking all time. The bathroom had insects and it was difficult even to take a shower.

The hotel itself was an utter dump and hadn't been renovated since Napoleonic times. The stairs were very noisy and at night would wake us up when people were walking up and down. The entrance was like a building site. The staff were relatively friendly but then so were the drug dealers and pimps in the neighbouring streets. Bad area and bad hotel , I would not stay there for free

Located close to the railway station.Rooms are smaller size, built long ago. So things in the room are very old and each floor have 3 or 4 rooms. no lift service available, the steps and little harder to climb.Maintenance part they could improve little more, provided good cot and all, but gives a sticky feel in the floor with bare foot.Might be good choice for single or with friends, for family we may have to think twice.Since this is located along with multiple buildings, no chance I have a great view from the room.

Rapport qualité /prix limite pour une chambre réservée 2 semaines plus tôt et se trouver au 4ème étage sans ascenseur. Pour relever la note le personnel de nuit et de jour est agréable.

Chambre côté rue parfois très bruyantePas d’ascenseur. Pas de frigo. Pas de bouilloire. Pas de coffre fort. Pas de prise électrique dans la salle de bain.Seules deux prises électriques dans une chambre double et pas de chaque côté du lit.SDB traces de moisissure, carreau cassé, meuble bois déformé par l’humidité, pommeau de douche entartré et qui ne tient pas sur la barre de douche, abattant de toilette cassé

Worst hotel we have ever stayed.Room is at 6th floor with NO ELEVATOR, carried two heavy luggages all the way up with narrow stair, asked for a lower floor room but nothing available.The price is not the cheapest, with same price you can get a better hotel and better zone, the place does not seem to be safe either.Small room with extremely soft bed, tiny entrance and tiny bathroom.Will never ever stay here again.
