My husband and I recently purchased a pied-a-terre in Paris and fortunately for us, Celine Concierge was recommended by our broker to help us. Celine and Audrey are a dynamic duo! Together they immediately organized the setting up of electric, internet, cleaning, visits to pick up packages, installing a new washer and dryer (Selene even went to Darty with me!) as well as always being available to answer our endless questions. As foreigners with limited French, navigating this new adventure would have been extremely difficult without their help. We continue to lean on them for their expert advice, brilliance, and assistance.

I'm so happy to have found a trustworthy, knowledgeable, professional and personable team to help me with any issues my apartment may have. I primarily live abroad so when things happen like leaks and mechanical breakdowns, and even syndic matters where an expert is needed ... truly anything ! ... it's comforting to know that I can call on Céline to handle the big and the small for me. The peace of mind I now have is priceless. I highly recommend using their services.

Céline Concierge assisted me with my first trip to Paris. Their hotel recommendation was reasonably-priced and delightful with old charm and lux comfort (I had caffè latte and croissant plus a full breakfast everyday--it was wonderful!) I loved the hotel and staff and would stay there again. Céline Concierge also arranged a VIP service to have a personal Greeter at the airport for my arrival and departure. This service was spot-on and top-notch and moved us easily and quickly through the airport, customs and baggage claim. The fast-track security clearance was the best as we skipped a very long line and was much appreciated after our 9-hour flight. The Greeter was very helpful and extremely knowledgable in everything Paris! A car was waiting for us and we got to relax and view the scenery en route to the hotel. Our driver was super friendly and pointed out landmarks and attractions. My mother couldn't have taken better care of us :) This was just the beginning of the superb services from Céline Concierge as we enjoyed their restaurant bookings and destination recommendations throughout our stay. I feel that they listened to my desires and expectations of my trip and they over-delivered. I highly recommend their services and will use them again in my upcoming trip abroad--I can't wait!

Celine Concierge was great to work with. Perfect English speakers which was wonderful. Also, helped us through some issues we had and got us through them with kindness and expeditiously.

Céline Concierge arranged a VIP airport greeter to meet us after our long 9.5 hour flight which was an amazing experience. The greeter showed us shortcuts throughout the airport, took us to the front of the lines and pushed our bags. Highly recommend booking the VIP airport greeter service for a smooth and comfortable travel experience!

I randomly Google searched Paris Private Assistant's" (or something along those lines) and came across Céline Concierge. Me and my family were going to be spending our first Christmas ever away from California. So it was very very important to me that the Christmas morning experience be as close to home as possible. In a recent trip to Europe I used Céline Concierge services and it made my trip more enjoyable, and put me at ease. Airports are usually stressful, especially in another country, but not this time, with an airport greeter. Highly recommend céline's airport greeter service and chauffeur. Everything was prearranged prior to our arrive and all we had to do was show up.
