POOR: We tried to return the car after hours, and there was no lockbox for key drops or instructions on the contract. ALL the telephone numbers on agreement, online, and on the door were all wrong. It was impossible to call them to tell them where i put the key. I had to go back the next morning which was a hassle and totally unnecessary.

First time renting from the budget location.It took me 30 minutes to find it. To make it easier for you , it’s in the underground parking lot that is in the plaza.It’s not a store in the street. ( Budget & Avis ) are using the same office and location.I have attached a photo to show how to get to it.I had to wait 1-2 hours to get served since there were only 2 employees working. There were lots of people 10-11 waiting to get their cars. I had a great service. They were really helpful and nice. It took only 5 minutes to get the paperwork done and get the car ready once it was my turn.Car was clean and full on gas ⛽️.Highly recommended.Thank you guys.Unfortunately they charged me after I left the country for nothing , they are ripping people off

It’s been more than two weeks now and my deposit hasn’t been returned yet. Called several times, never received a timeline on when my money will become available in my account. They said it’ll be 2 weeks, then 3 weeks, then that it depends on the bank which is ridiculous

A FUIR ! Un conseil : ne louez JAMAIS par Budget!

Drove from Italy all day to make the required drop off. Explained this to the gentleman working. We were on time until hitting traffic in Paris.Waze said we would make it by 6:12 pm and they close at 6 pm. We asked if they would wait. He said no and gave us unworkable options.Our fault for not being on time but given our very long drive you would think he could stay open an extra 12 mins.I'm not surprised they have such poor reviews.

I rented the car in Budget Paris gare du Nord in the period 28.05.2023 until 29.05.2023 (only one day) and arrived at home in USA and I received a traffic fine for an infraction carried out on the day the violation was 01.06.203 (2 days after the return of the car). I called the Budget Paris office who asked to contact Budget in Belgium and Budget Belgium asked to contact Budget UK. Now I have one infraction of 375 euros in France. unbelievable

I was really afraid reading the comments here. I was really about to cancel my reservation but then I read it twice and figured out that it was really strange cases. And I decided to rent car here anyway. I spent about 10 minutes to rent a car. I booked Fiat 500 class car, but after I agreed to full-cover insurance I was upgraded to hybrid Volvo XC60! The returning was even faster, about 2 minutes: a man just checked the fuel level and ask me for signature. Just follow the rules and be friendly and the service will be up to par! :)

attention avant de réserver à cet endroit surtout si vous venez d'un autre pays. On nous a charger des frais non justifiés plusieurs mois après la location .

Rented a car here and returned it ~2 hours late, they overcharged me $360 EXTRA because the car was returned 2 hours late... my full price for 20 days was $732, they charged $360 for 2 additional hours. What is worse is that they didn't even give me a penalty or late charge anything, no what they did was completely revise my daily rate from $32 a day to $40+ for absolutely no reason. I've been late before with many companies and they charge you an extra day for being late... that's $35 not $360... They are also claiming that this is correct because apparently everyone who works for Avis/Budget is incompetent and don't understand basic math... $732 + $32 = $1024 according to them. I've tried dealing with their customer service, but they basically said this is a subsidiary so we can't do anything about it" and I'm hoping to dispute it through my credit card company. Their own website states the following "Vehicles are rented on a daily (24-hour) basis. There is a 29-minute grace period for returns. After 30 minutes late

Nous avons été très satisfaits par l'accueil efficace, sympathique et professionnel de Frédéric. Il nous a expliqué chaque poche de dépense pour la réservation et a été de très bon conseil.Cette location s'est très bien passée :).
