Autant les agent de terrain sont abordable et sympa ,autant l'accueil est lamentable.Ca entends mais n'écoute pas, ça fait à la tête du client et ne surtout pas froissé cette dame.Arrivé avec des questions je suis reparti avec et une envie d'en faire voir à veolia.LESIEUR.

Très bon service . J'ai eu des soucis de chasse d'eau et un technicien m'a tout réparer. Très professionnel.

que des incompétents dans cette société. Déplorable.

So far I'm having a very poor experience with them. Last year my commune changed from SAUR to this water service. My usual water use was 18 to 20 cubic M. The first bill I received from veolia in the beginning of August 2022 was 181 M3!! I called the number on the bill and I was assured that they would take care of the problem but to be patient. I gave them the actual reading on my meter and they said they would send someone to read the meter again which they did. A short time later I saw on the internet site they were charging me €54 with €42 added as a late charge but with no explanation how they came to that amount. The original bill was still posted on the site. As of today I have never received a corrected bill showing the exact calculations. ( My bills with SAUR were usually between 20€ and 40€ for six months.) By then I was on vacation and out of the country. I contacted a friend to pay the €54 but not the late fee. In the middle of November someone came again but he didn't just read the meter he removed it and replaced it with one that could be read at a distance. The last bill I received in the end of January is now for only one cubic meter of water but for a total of €92.90!! They were still charging me €42 late fee but even then I cannot believe I'm being charged over €50 for 1 cubic metre of water which is more than what I usually paid for 6 months with SAUR for 20 M3! Yesterday I made the half hour drive to the office in Argentan to try and understand why it is so much. Thankfully the late fees were finally removed so I paid the 54€ bill and left still not really understanding their calculations..... All I know is I am now paying much more than I used to pay.I was also informed that I would still be responsible to do the readings myself until at least half of the people in the area had those same meters! I am quite sure the charges I am paying are supposed to cover the reading of the meter......
