France is known for their desserts. And in Calais this baker should be known.Friendly service and delicious pastries. Everyone ate the cake with pleasure and the “l’éclair” I liked very much! Thank you!

Very friendly customer service despite the language barrier. Delightful pastry options and some hot food stuff to go. Pricing is nominal and it’s a local boulangerie to go to.

We came to this place after getting off the ferry from Dover and it’s a short 5mins drive away. I had to write this review straight after my first few bites of the eclairs because they are insanely good. I highly recommend the mango eclair and pistachio eclair! The baguette and croissants were also very good. The owner was very friendly and helpful. Definitely coming here again.

Cette boulangerie est vraiment la meilleure de Calais. Enfin une vraie baguette qui croustille! Le personnel est extrêmement gentil. Foncez si vous aimez le vrai pain !

We walked into the bakery by accident - and it was a great suprise!The bakery is next to the lighthouse.The owner of the bakery and saleswomen are very nice.We orderd a baguette, croissant with chocolate, palmier and chicken sandwich. Everything was so fresh and yummy. It was one of the best baguettes witch one we have ever eaten. It was so crunchy. The sandwitch was made by order on place.The tip from us: on vitrine you should put also sandwitches that tourist see them.

Je suis heureuse de m'être écartée des chemins battus" pour entrer dans cette bien simple boulangerie qui mérite que vous fassiez un détour si vous désirez un bon sandwich frais car même en pleine aprés-midi ils sont fait à la minute. Aucun problème de fraicheur

Wonderful bakery in quite place not far from the beach with the incredibly amiable and smiling owner! The best tuna sandwich I've ever eaten!! The royal eclair was just perfect and we've bought two more cakes to enjoy them in the evening at home. Highly recommend this place, it's really worth visiting!!

Nous avons commandé un gâteau d’anniversaire pour nos enfants en voyant les bons avis sur internet et je ne regrette pas de m’y être fié. D’abord conquise par l’esthétique du gâteau, celui-ci était aussi beau que bon ! Un 3 chocolats croustillant qui a ravi nos invités également. Je recommande vivement cette boulangerie-pâtisserie.

Found this gem of a bakery while staying the night at Holiday Inn Calais and searching for a place for coffee and snacks for the road.The employee inside was super friendly and kind to this foreigner who doesn’t know much French. She kindly attempted to understand what I wanted with a smile.The cappuccino was decent, but the pastries and sandwiches were the stars. The baguettes were some of the best I’ve ever tasted. Perfectly crunchy on outside, chewy on inside. Mouthwatering croissants, especially the almond ones. We bought some sweet treats to try later…I’m sure they will taste just as good. Mmmmm, I’m still thinking about that bread though.

Excellent. Top topPain, pâtisserie, sandwicherie et petit déjeuner la tarte au frais tres bon Le pain est bon et fait sur place par de véritables boulangers, l'endroit est agréable pour faire une pause. (Goût délicieux)
