Pomeranian breeder

The guy is very rude. First he misunderstood what I said so when I said I wanted a puppy not a retired stud he was like f this". After looking at the puppies there were a couple I liked. He asked which one. I said there are a few I like can I pick in person? It's hard to pick off one picture. He said I would have to pay a deposit. I asked can't I just fly down and pick from what's available? He said it's "company policy you pay a deposit so both parties don't fail" whatever that means.... So basically he will not meet me if I fly down with cash in hand. He wants me to pay a deposit and pick my dog from one picture. I've told him I been scammed before like this and said if I'm skeptical he doesn't need my business. Watch out and do your research before sending any breeder money"
