Ils ont bloquer toutes les cartes bancaires et disent que les cartes seront disponible à nouveau en novembre 2022. Donc 3 mois sans carte bancaire, ça me bloque dans mon business. A fuir absolument

Unfit, negligent and unkind company! The customer service is slow and delay any answer. I had to pay the penalty to my client sender for a delay of 24 h to credit the incoming.No reply, no assistance by e-mail, just replies by the chat we will inform you asap'.I lost 100 GBP for an unfit delay of the Outrust.The app is slow and does not work."

I'm sure this people giving 5 stars are themselves or their staff.First they stop me from sending money out, and eventually locked my account, they told me to send my account for reversal after 6 weeks, now its more than 2 weeks they didn't get back to me.I had reported them to ombudsman and other authorities...I will advise you to run away, but if you're ok they take your money, then fine because Ouitrust are nothing but scammers in disguise.
