If you decide to call this service, Watch out.He is fast, very polite and proactive with the services he offers … but he will do anything to charge you impossible prices.In our case, after one hour of attempting, he was not able to pick up our van- it was too heavy, it can happen. The problem is that he damaged our Car when trying to lift it several times. Afterwards, he urged us to pay him 250€ Just for coming, without delivering any service at all. After some bargaging in which he turned out a bit violent, we paid him 80€, for doing nothing. The payment was obviously all cash, no card or bank transfer was accepted. Obviously no bill. I was just robbed.Taking into account owner’s comment, and as I cannot answer it: He got the pictures and he knew the kind of vehicle it was before he arrived. I sent THEM to him by WhatsApp. I tried to upload the screenshot of that conversation to this review, but Google banned it.He is just lying again.
