Déménagement de 11kms. Une aventure du début jusqu'à la fin.L'emballage de mes meubles s'est bien passé. Mais le déballage c'est une autre histoire. L'équipe était pressée de terminer sa journée. Il y a eu de la perte et la casse sur 5 de mes biens . Réponse de HDA, cela peut arriver et je n'avais pas pris leur assurance donc aucune indemnisation de leur part. Résultat tout pour ma pomme. Une facture élevée pour une qualité de service à revoir. Donc si vous choisissez ce déménageur , prenez bien leur assurance car ca va vous être utile !

Disappointed - Stressed, my goods did not arrive safely and on timeThe packing staff complained 6 hours packing time (include 1 hour lunch) for fragile items, kitchen items, sport equipment, and bags (because I do not have enough boxes) is more than they expected because I agreed and I did packed all our clothes, bedding, books and household items.The staff packed one of our suitcase by mistake that was not suppose in the shipmentThe staff packed one 80x20cm TV stand into 92x46x26 boxes alone at the end because they forgot to pack it when they pack the TV.The staff told me I do not need any protection for my clothes and bedding, but when I received my shipment, my clothes and bedding were dirty because the dirt got into the boxes from the handle holes and damage holes.The shipment size was 4cbm more than the quoted. We went to HDA warehouse to get our suitcase back, moved the TV stand to another box along with other items and removed 10 boxes to 12cbm. I still don’t understand 70boxes is 13cbm and after reduced 10 medium and large size of boxes, it only reduced 1cbm. FYI, we moved to Geneva 2 years ago with 9 cbm - 54 boxes include 3 furnitures, ebike, painting that were not include in this shipment.We’ve been told the shipment will arrive within 1 month but in the end we waited 2 months to receive it.We’ve been told our shipment will be on wood pallets and wrapped by plastic (it did when we saw in the Geneva warehouse), but when we receive the shipment, it was spread out in the truck, the boxes was very dirty and 1/3 of the boxes are damage with holes, the boxes are not strong enough to protect my possession.Over 20 items were broken in my shipment, mainly is kitchen tools and appliance that packed by HDA staff. I failed to get compensation from the insurance because HDA did not provide me sufficient information in advance before I submit the claim.I don’t think I will use HDA again and I do not recommend HDA to others.

We used HDA to move our family from one house to another as they had been recommended by a friend and couldn't be happier with them. They were the most competitively priced and I have to say every single one of the team were professional, polite, diligent, hard working and meticulous in their protection and packing of our furniture and posessions. Nothing was too much trouble! We had four men over four days and when exceptionally heavy items e.g. trees in pots were required to be moved they were able to call in a few extra men to assist with these. We're scheduled to move in another 2-3 years time so we'll certainly enlist HDA's services again then and wouldn't hesitate in recommending them to others.
