Accueil agréable. Toilettes propres.Il y avait de tout : croissants, pain au chocolat, biscuits salé et Sucré, jus d orange, thé, café........ Espace de travail.Les canapés ne sont pas confortables.

Pros:- quiet, place to sit- free coffee & hot cocca & water (wow, free water)- bathroomCons:- infested with fruit flies- no snacks- broken wifi- no booze- no other non alcoholic drinks- no ice machine- outside the station properThis place is half hearted at best. They can do far better.

A force d'avoir toujours des trains en retard (aujourd'hui 06/06/2023 plus de 45min de retard en provenance d'Amsterdam, correspondance ratée etc etc..) et des maigres compensation offertes pour les retards (plus de 30min sinon Thalys ne considère pas cela comme un retard) je vais peut être avoir enfin accès au Saint Graal avec 300miles , le lounge !Mais bon, visiblement, celui ci est à l'image de la compagnie et de ses trains, vieillots, sales et pas fiables !!

As a business lounge should be a bit more extravagant and quite frankly larger. Although it wasn’t busy, only coffee and a few snacks to be served in the lounge is not so much for a business premium ticket.

One of the worst lounges ever. More a ‘family room’ before a funeral or cremation. No amenities, small and no where near what you expect for a business premier ticket. Extremely basic, cheap and poor. Nowhere near the Business Premier Lounge of the Eurostar! Thalys / Eurostar wake up! You are the same company, why you provide such a different experience?

I was skeptical after reading the reviews, but with 90 minutes to kill before my train, the thought I would take a chance.Although it is smaller than other lounges I have seen, it was not uncomfortable. No bar, just coffee and some pastries. Very friendly attendant, and a clean space. Quiet with good internet.There were 10 other guests and we were spaced out fine.

One of the most depressing lounge i have been to. Besides coffee, water fountain and 3 bottle of juice to share and some cookies thats pretty much it. Also no clear direction as to where the place is actually located (outside train station). Only positive note was windows overlooking a nice coutyard

Nice place to wait on your train if you have the thalysthecard card of course.It has free coffe, water, tea and sometimes some snacks

Eurostar Lounge Paris
Cleaner and more comfortable than waiting in the station itself - otherwise, not much on offer here. Coffee, water, very small selection of packaged snacks.Staff was friendly and it wasn’t busy at all on a Sunday evening.
